Partner

The project is led by Bremerhaven University of Applied Sciences. Our project partner is Mercadius SE. The software development partner is COSMO UG. Courier, express and parcel service providers and several German cities are supporting the joint project with information and data.

We, the Smart Mobility Institute at Bremerhaven University of Applied Sciences is researching smart logistics approaches that combine sustainability and digitalization. The institute is headed by Prof. Dr. Benjamin Wagner vom Berg.

The aim of digitalization is to enable more efficient and resilient logistics while incorporating all three dimensions of sustainability.

Having carried out numerous projects since 2009, the institute team has a high level of expertise in linking electromobile drive systems, including fuel cell systems, with innovative digital approaches and the development and evaluation of logistics solutions based on these.
